WARNING IN 50cl

A rosé, full of freshness, by the water's edge, is like a gentle embrace under the summer sky. Nothing equals that moment when, as the day fades, the wine cools the body, while warm evenings invite tranquility and lightness. It is a suspended instant, where each sip seems to capture the very essence of summer, blending simple pleasure with the distant murmur of waves.

This rosé, both fresh and gourmand, comes from a plot of Pinot Noir, crafted using direct pressing.

This wine was born in Switzerland. Here, no synthetic inputs are used, neither in the vineyard nor in the cellar. Instead, plant infusions, fermented extracts, and compost tea watch over the vines like benevolent companions, gently accompanying them through every stage of the season, complemented by copper and sulfur to limit the spread of downy and powdery mildew. Thus, this wine breathes the earth that saw it grow, free and sincere, in harmony with nature's rhythms.

Grape Varieties

100% Pinot Noir.

Vinification

Direct pressing upon harvest arrival, followed by settling and the incorporation of a starter culture of indigenous yeasts prepared one week prior. Malolactic fermentation occurs naturally.

A very small amount of volcanic sulfur is added after malolactic fermentation. A light filtration is performed one week before bottling, with a final adjustment of volcanic sulfur on the bottling day.

Tasting Notes

This rosé opens like a bursting fruit, centered on wild strawberry. It carries a vivacity, a freshness that dances with acidity. Each sip is an invitation to savor the warmth of the days and the softness of the evenings.

Aging Potential

Magnificent on the fruit from the first year, if kept in good conditions, this wine will know how to wait, patient, for 2 to 3 years.

The 2025 Vintage in Valais

It will remain etched as a year of climatic grace, where the vines benefited from a mild spring and a stable summer, exempt from late frosts, extreme heatwaves, or major sanitary pressures. This ideal weather allowed for a harmonious vegetative cycle, from flowering to veraison, promoting regular sugar accumulation and optimal phenolic maturity without stress for the plant. We were thus able to conduct the harvest with rare serenity, spreading out the picking to harvest each grape variety at its point of perfection.

The resulting wines are distinguished by their natural balance and great consistency, moving away from the nervous tension of 2024 or the solar power of 2023 to offer an expression of fullness. The whites seduce with their aromatic purity and elegant roundness, while the reds display silky structures, deep colors, and tannins of remarkable finesse. This "remarkable" vintage confirms that in Valais, when weather conditions are exceptional, we can give birth to wines of great harmony, ready to seduce with their early accessibility while asserting a fine aging potential.
