True pioneers, these winemakers work closely with nature. They have unlocked the secrets of the wine world and craft world-renowned nectars. We set out to meet them on a journey through the seasons.

Creating this documentary was a life lesson and a huge source of inspiration before the creation of the Domaine des Petites Planètes. He led me along the steep paths of Valais, to Marie-Thérèse Chappaz, to the hanging vineyards of the Dolomites where Elisabetta Foradori works, to the Tuscan light of Avignonesi, and to the fraternal warmth of the Thibon family, at Mas de Libian, in Ardèche.
Eight years at Capturing moments, between seasons. Two years editing images, silences, and words together. Then two more years crisscrossing the roads, from theater to theater, meeting nearly 15'000 spectators, to bring this testimony to life.
Today, this journey comes to an end. The film is now accessible to all, so that those who were unable to cross its path can, in turn, hear the voices of these winemakers—and perhaps, recognize a little of themselves in it.
Unfortunately, the theatrical release did not meet with the success we had hoped for. This had a significant impact on the film's life, limiting its distribution and long-term reach. Financially, I had to use my savings to make this film last, and I had to be extra careful not to have too much of an impact on the life of my estate, which was in full development.
We had considered extending the adventure with a DVD, and even a comic book inspired by the discussions that followed the screenings—those powerful moments shared with the winemakers who came to debate, share their stories, and defend their place in the world of wine. But in hindsight, I no longer have the energy to complete these projects. Other desires call me, and it's time for me to turn the page.
That's why the documentary is, initially, only available on this site. A release on other platforms may come a little later.
